At Venezianico, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece; you may return any unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch, original box, documentation, and protective films back into the shipping container, ensuring the item is securely padded to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
