We offer worldwide shipping via express couriers. Typically, orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.
Do Venezianico watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Venezianico watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty that protects against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Water resistance varies by model. Our Nereide divers are rated up to 20ATM (200 meters), while our Redentore dress watches are typically rated for 5ATM (50 meters).
